Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sentra Admin ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Sentra Admin is operated by GIGABYTE GAMES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

Sentra Admin is a moderation and administration platform designed to help manage Roblox communities and games. Our service provides:

  • User authentication via Discord and Roblox OAuth
  • Moderation tools for community management
  • User verification and linking systems
  • Administrative dashboards and reporting tools
  • Appeal and reporting systems
  • Integration with Discord bots and Roblox games

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform
  • You must have valid Discord and Roblox accounts
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Account Verification

  • Users must verify their accounts through both Discord and Roblox OAuth
  • Linking accounts creates a verified user profile in our system
  • False information or impersonation may result in account termination

3.3 Multiple Accounts

  • Users may maintain alternative accounts, but they must be disclosed
  • Alternative accounts used to evade moderation actions are prohibited
  • We reserve the right to link and track related accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform to:

  • Access moderation tools and administrative features as authorized
  • Submit appeals for moderation actions taken against you
  • Report violations of community guidelines
  • View your account status and moderation history

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff members
  • Submit false reports or appeals
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation actions or security measures
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Share or distribute content that violates applicable laws
  • Impersonate other users, staff members, or entities

5. Moderation and Enforcement

5.1 Community Guidelines

Users are expected to follow all community guidelines and rules established by the Platform and associated Roblox games. These may include but are not limited to rules about appropriate behavior, content standards, and fair play.

5.2 Moderation Actions

We reserve the right to take the following actions for policy violations:

  • Warnings: Formal notifications of policy violations
  • Temporary Bans: Suspension of access for a specified period
  • Permanent Bans: Indefinite suspension of access
  • Account Termination: Complete removal from the Platform

5.3 Appeals Process

  • Users may appeal moderation actions through the Platform's appeal system
  • Appeals will be reviewed by authorized staff members
  • False or frivolous appeals may result in additional penalties
  • Appeal decisions are final unless new evidence is presented

6. Staff and Administrative Access

6.1 Staff Responsibilities

Staff members with administrative access must:

  • Use their permissions responsibly and in accordance with training
  • Maintain confidentiality of user information
  • Follow established moderation procedures and guidelines
  • Report any security concerns or policy violations

6.2 Permission Levels

The Platform uses a role-based permission system including:

  • Moderation permissions for issuing warnings and bans
  • Data management permissions for user information access
  • Role management permissions for staff administration
  • Administrative permissions for platform configuration

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how we treat it.

Any content you submit to the Platform (reports, appeals, messages) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process such content for Platform operations.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform integrates with Discord and Roblox services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies also apply to your use of those features.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary outages.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIGABYTE GAMES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services (Discord, Roblox, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these services.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To fully terminate your account, please contact us at contact@gigabyteweb.com.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately
  • Certain data may be retained for legal and operational purposes
  • Moderation records may be preserved for enforcement purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
